BOUNXI Trampoline Park (hereinafter " FACILITY") is an exercise facility that includes trampolines, airbags, and other equipment. Since there is always a risk of serious accidents, including potential death, associated with these exercise facilities, all customers must understand and agree to the following items before use.

-　 I pledge to read the safety precautions for each attraction carefully, fully understand the risks involved, and agree to comply with this FACILITY's terms and conditions of use.

-　 I pledge that in the event of any injury or accident in the FACILITY, I will take full responsibility for my actions, use our insurance coverage, etc., and exempt the Company, its employees, and other guests from any liability that may arise from my actions.

-　 In addition, I shall be responsible for any injury or damage to other users or the Company caused by my intentional or negligent conduct.

-　 If I violate this FACILITY's safety precautions and cause damage to other users or the Company, I will handle the situation on my own responsibility.

-　 The Company shall not be liable for any compensation for injuries, accidents, etc., that occur in the FACILITY, except in cases of intentional or severe negligence on the part of the Company.

-　 Minors must have the consent of a legal representative (such as a person with parental authority) to use the FACILITY, and by agreeing to this consent form, a legal representative is sworn to consent.

I.  Limitations on Use

・ 6 years old and up.

・ Children under 9 years old must be accompanied by a guardian (18 years old and up).

・ One guardian must accompany up to two children under 9 years old.

・ Children under 6 years old may be permitted to use the FACILITY when accompanied by a supervisor (association staff member) in case of group charter use.

・ Minors must obtain prior consent from a legal representative before using the FACILITY.

Ⅱ．Safety precautions for use

・ Alcohol and smoking are prohibited in the FACILITY.

・ It is not allowed to come to the FACILITY after drinking alcohol or under the influence of alcohol.

・ Pregnant guests may only use the FACILITY as a guardian and are not allowed to use this FACILITY as a player.

・ This FACILITY cannot be used by persons undergoing treatment for the following illnesses or have special instructions from a physician, such as exercise restrictions. However, this does not apply to group charter use accompanied by a supervisor (association staff member, etc.).

-　 The person has diseases of the neck, back spine (spinal column), legs and feet, heart diseases, joint diseases and high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases (illnesses), other physical conditions, and those unable to support themselves.

・ Please store your luggage in a locker or take care of it yourself.

・ Please take care of valuables by yourself. We are not responsible for any loss or theft.

・ The Company will not be liable for any damage to your belongings (clothing, shoes, glasses, precious metal accessories) or baggage (cameras, video cameras, cell phones, smartphones, etc.).

・ You must wear BOUNXI original socks in each area for safety and hygiene reasons. Shoes are allowed only during certain events.

・ If you feel unwell during use, please stop using the FACILITY immediately.

・ Please refrain from the following actions as they may cause injury.

1) Use when wearing accessories (watches, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, hairpins, etc.)

2) Use a smartphone, camera, or other device while playing.

3) Use while holding something in your mouth (Candy, gum, etc.)

4) Use with objects in the pockets.

・ The Company has prescribed rules of use for each attraction. Please comply with these rules and regulations when using our FACILITY.

・ Any other cases of not following the staff's instructions or violating the use rules may result in the FACILITY's denial of use. Please note that the usage and other fees will not be refunded even in such cases.

I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A CONTRACT AND I SIGN IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL.

I AGREE THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT AND ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN.
